Welcome to Mufayu Vizome. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Description

Mufayu Vizome provides legal consulting and business coaching services to clients across Canada. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Corporate legal structure advisory
• Regulatory compliance consulting
• Contract development and review
• Business strategy coaching
• Intellectual property guidance
• Dispute resolution assistance

2. Client Responsibilities

As a client of Mufayu Vizome, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for our services
• Cooperate with our consultants and provide timely responses
• Make payments according to agreed terms and schedules
• Use our services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared
• Notify us promptly of any changes that may affect our services

3. Fees and Payment

Our fees are based on the service package selected or custom arrangements made with clients. Payment terms are as follows:

• Package services require advance payment or deposit
• Custom arrangements may have specific payment schedules
• Late payments may incur interest charges at 1.5% per month
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes
• Refund policies vary by service type and are outlined in service agreements

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our methodologies, frameworks, templates, and materials remain the property of Mufayu Vizome. Clients receive a limited license to use these materials for their internal business purposes only.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our engagement. This obligation continues beyond the termination of our services.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mufayu Vizome's liability for any claims related to our services is limited to the fees paid by the client for those specific services. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.

7. Professional Standards

Our services are provided in accordance with professional standards applicable to legal consultants in Canada. However, our consulting services do not establish an attorney-client relationship unless specifically agreed in writing.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Toronto, Ontario.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with any service-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mufayu Vizome regarding our services.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
